FAQ

FOR DMSO STOCKS:

The best shipping practice is to send the samples in a 96-well plate frozen on dry ice. The samples should be secured with a heat seal. Sticky seals are not recommended, as they can easily peel away from the sample plate.

Sending the samples in individual vials sealed with parafilm is acceptable, however it is important to consider that the samples will need to be transferred to a 96-well plate during assay set-up.

FOR DRY POWDER:

The best practice for shipping samples as dry powder is to pre-weigh each sample in an appropriately sized vial. Sample preparation fees are applied to samples that need to be weighed and/or transferred at Analiza.

All testing is performed at Analiza headquarters. Please ship all samples to:

Analiza, Inc.
3615 Superior Ave. #4407B
Cleveland, OH 44114

Our goal is to return data to customers within 5 business days of receiving the samples at our facility. Projects that may take longer than 5 business days are discussed with clients in advance.

At Analiza, we are able to return data in the manner chosen by the client. Results can be emailed directly, uploaded to a server, or uploaded to a secure file-sharing platform.

Information requirements vary for each assay. These information requirements include, but are not limited to:

  • chemical formula
  • number of nitrogen atoms
  • free-base weight

Analiza never requires any proprietary structural information about client compounds in order to process data.

In order to offer our clients flexible, customized, and affordable services, Analiza chooses to operate as a non-GLP laboratory.
